Making a warranty claim

To make a claim, contact us at info@poyraztechnology.com with your reference number, a description of the issue and proof of purchase. We will guide you through the manufacturer's process, including any required diagnostics or return authorisation.

Exclusions

Warranties generally do not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification or repair, normal wear and tear, or use outside the manufacturer's specifications. Consumable items may have limited or no warranty.

Limitation
