Delivery and Shipping Policy

This Delivery and Shipping Policy explains how PoyrazTechnology handles the dispatch and delivery of products supplied under confirmed orders. Specific terms are always set out in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.

Delivery regions

We supply corporate and bulk orders internationally, supported by our office and warehouse network in the United Arab Emirates, the Netherlands, Bulgaria and Türkiye. Available delivery locations and methods are confirmed for each order.

Processing and lead times

Processing and delivery lead times depend on product availability, quantity and destination, and are confirmed in your quotation or order confirmation. Any timelines shown elsewhere are estimates only.

Shipping costs, customs and duties

Shipping costs are quoted per order. For international shipments, import duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges may apply in the destination country and, unless expressly stated otherwise, are the responsibility of the buyer. The applicable delivery term (for example incoterms) is stated in the quotation.

Risk and title

Risk in the products passes to the buyer on delivery in accordance with the agreed delivery term. Title to the products passes once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delays and inspection on delivery

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs, carrier or force-majeure events. Please inspect goods on delivery and report any visible damage, shortage or discrepancy promptly so we can assist you.
