You have rights over your personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). This page explains how to submit a data or privacy request to PoyrazTechnology.
What you can request
- Access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion of your data where there is no lawful reason to retain it.
- Restriction of, or objection to, certain processing.
- Withdrawal of consent (for example to marketing).
- Transfer of your data, where applicable.
How to submit a request
Send your request to info@poyraztechnology.com with the subject "Privacy Request". Please include your name, the email or phone number you use with us, and a clear description of your request so we can assist you.
Verification and response time
To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. There is normally no charge, although we may charge a reasonable fee or decline requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent UAE data protection authority.
